| Torna il più atteso appuntamento estivo della sezione ritmica dell’Associazione Sportiva Udinese lo stage elite. Quest’anno Accedemia di ritmica della società bianconera ha deciso di proporne due formule: l’Asu Academy week Swirl&Twirl (dal 10 al 14 luglio) e l’Asu Academy weekend Swirl&Twirl (dall’11 al 13 agosto; e dal 25 al 27 agosto). Tutte le proposte saranno destinate alle atlete gold e silver dai 9 anni. Le atlete iscritte lavoreranno per una settimana a luglio e per due fine settimana in agosto. Quelli proposti saranno dei corsi intensivi che si terranno nella sede di via Lodi 1, a Udine. ASU ACADEMY WEEK SWIRL&TWIR – Dal 10 al 14 luglio le lezioni cominceranno al mattino, alle 8.30 e fino alle 12.30. Dopo un’ora di pausa riprenderanno alle 13.30 per proseguire fino alle 15.30. ASU ACADEMY WEEKEND SWIRL&TWIRL – Dall’11 al 13 agosto; e poi dal 25 al 27 agosto, invece, le ginnaste lavoreranno in palestra il venerdì dalle 14 alle 19; il sabato e la domenica dalle 8 alle 12.30 e dalle 13.30 alle 18.
